John Killeen is the Chief Executive Officer of nova IQ. In this role, he is responsible for overall corporate strategy and maintaining senior client relationships.
John is a seasoned financial services technology executive with over 30 years of experience leading Fortune 100 enterprise-level technology organizations in the United States, Europe and Asia. He has a proven track record of delivering pragmatic, value-added solutions to complex business challenges.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an ability to lead transformational efforts from legacy environments up through today’s digital, cloud-based environments, while always keeping the client experience and security at the forefront.
John was the CIO for the Corporate Technology organization at JPMorgan Chase. He led global teams providing a broad range of technology support for corporate functions including Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance.
Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, he was CIO for TD Ameritrade where he was responsible for the execution of strategic technology plans and managing executive relationships across all business lines. Through the adoption and adherence to a common software development lifecycle, he drove measurable improvement in quality and operating efficiency.
John began his career at Merrill Lynch where he spent 22 years with increasing responsibilities, culminating in a role serving as the CTO for the Global Wealth Management Division. He led transformational initiatives that dramatically reduced errors and increased operational efficiency, all while driving employee satisfaction scores to record levels.
John has been a Board Member of the Wall Street Technology Association since 2010, serving as President from 2011 to 2015. He was a member of the nPower CIO Council from 2010 – 2013. He is a member of Sand Hill East’s Executive Advisory Network.
John is an active fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
John received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Operations Management and Mathematics from Pace University.
Rajeev Sharma is the Executive VP of nova IQ in a dual role of COO and CTO. He is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization and leading the technology roadmap of the company. Rajeev also spearheads the partnership strategy and talent pool development in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Enterprise Architecture, Intelligent Automation and Digital Transformation using emerging technologies.
Rajeev has more than 25 years of leadership and management experience, in addition to a strong engineering background in Enterprise Architecture, Product Design & Development, Solutions Architecture, Quantitative Analysis, Algorithms & Modeling and Engineering Process Design. As a Lieutenant Colonel he served as the senior rocket scientist and deputy project director of Agni III missile program of Defense R&D Organization in India.
Prior to joining nova IQ, Rajeev served as the Chief Solutions Officer at Ness Digital Engineering, a renowned global digital product engineering company. In this role, he played a vanguard role in creating a scalable, delivery framework integrating Experience Engineering, Big Data & Analytics and Product Engineering. During his more than 4 years at Ness, he led solutions and sales enablement teams globally and led architecture programs for large complex client initiatives across multiple industries like Financial Services, Media, Retail, Healthcare & Life-Sciences, Education and Independent Software Vendors (ISV’s).
From 2008 to 2013 Rajeev led the GE Infrastructure’s business in Polaris Software Limited as the VP- Engagement Management and Account Director. Shortly after this stint, he wore an entrepreneur’s hat as the President and Founder of Dynalead- A leadership and technology consulting firm helping small and medium size (SMB’s) businesses build their leadership and engineering strategy. Between 2012 and 2014, Rajeev also served as the President & CEO of the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce in New Jersey and he currently serves on the Board of YMCA in Edison, New Jersey. He is a published author and his book titled ‘Intuitively Rational’ was published in 2014.
Rajeev has a Graduate degree in Management & Systems Design from MIT Sloan School of Management & the School of Engineering Systems and as part of the program has also studied Public Policy and General Management at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and Harvard Business School. He also has a prior Master’s Degree in Space Engineering & Rocketry and an Undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering from India.
Dharmendra Kapadia is the Senior VP of Engineering for nova IQ and a member of the Executive Leadership. He is responsible for managing the global engineering team, ensuring technology excellence across the organization with focus on the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Enterprise Architecture, Intelligent Automation and Digital Transformation using emerging technologies. He works collaboratively with the CTO to co-develop the technical strategy and the technical roadmap for clients to continue to innovate from a technology standpoint. Dharm manages the onsite and remote technology teams, focusing on ensuring the client product vision is realized through excellence in execution. Dharm also works with peers both internally and with client stakeholders to develop company and product strategy.
Dharm has more than 25 years of technology, leadership, and management experience, in addition to a strong engineering background in Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Software Development, Data, and Analytics. Prior to joining nova IQ, Dharm was the AVP of Solutions at Ness Digital Engineering, a renowned global digital product engineering company. In this role, he was responsible for supporting the sales team with technology and engineering solutions for the East and Midwest United States region. During his time at Ness, he provided solutions and technology leadership for large complex client initiatives across multiple industries like Financial Services, Media, Retail, Healthcare & Life-Sciences, and Education.
Previous to Ness, Dharm worked for various organizations in the financial services domain in the northeast United States, including Apollo Capital Management, Goldman Sachs, national equity and options exchanges, broker-dealers, and index arbitrage firms, where he provided full-stack architecture and development expertise for strategic technology initiatives supporting the business. In that capacity, he architected and created global platforms for financial services sales & trading, alternative asset valuations, prime brokerage, and asset trading.
Dharm holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
